Specific shift and schedule information will be discussed during the interview process.Competitive hourly wage of $17.48-$19.02 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities at GardaWorldUniform provided at no costResponsibilities for Security Officer – Shift Supervisor:Monitor the premises to ensure securityConduct patrols to spot any suspicious activityControl access points and verify identitiesRespond quickly to incidents or potential threatsProvide excellent customer service while maintaining securityWrite detailed reports on events and incidentsCollaborate with authorities during serious situationsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyOversee and support security officers during assigned shiftsEnsure all officers follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsQualifications for Security Officer - Shift Supervisor:Be authorized to work in the U.S.Must have valid Driver's licenseMust have reliable transportation to and from work.Must be at least 21 years oldBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processAbility to think quickly and adapt to changing situationsResponsive and strong problem solving skillsShift Supervisor or Lead experience is requiredMinimum 6 months of security experience is required.
